I started Finlay's online coaching programme in December when I decided it was time to change. I had made small changes myself but decided I needed a push to get to where I wanted to be. Safe to say he did that and more. By giving me meal and training plans fully tailored to my likes and dislikes, it made it more likely that I would stick to them and enjoy them. He's always more than helpful if you ever have a question and is always just a message away. Four months later and over two stone lighter, I'm feeling much more confident and happier in myself.
