





PROJECT 8 is an 8 week plan for females to kickstart their fat loss and transformation journey.

The plan will kick off on January 4th for 8 weeks (finishing Sunday 28th Feb), meaning you can put 2020 behind you and start 2021 in the way you mean to go on
The plan is for females. The food templates and training sessions are both tailored specifically towards women looking to lose fat and improve their body shape.
You will have access to food templates of varying caloric intakes. These aren’t something that you have to follow, and are more to give you ideas and some structure to your nutrition.
Yes, there are home workouts you can follow in the training plan.
If you have a gym membership then you’re all good to go. The programmes are based on general gym equipment which most gyms will have (mostly barbell/DB work with a bit of machine work).
If you’re training at home, then all workouts are bodyweight, although if you have some equipment this can be added.
Training plans are based around training 3-4 times a week. If you can train more than this you can add cardio in, if less you can focus on increasing steps and moving more, both of which can be discussed on the live Q&A’s.
No. However, if you do have weight training experience you’ll be able to train at a higher intensity and therefore likely achieve better results. With that said, there are exercise guides/tutorials, so you can use these to learn how to perform them too.
When trying to build muscle or lose fat, the programmes are relatively similar. In reality, it’s your calories that will dictate whether your focussing on fat loss (calorie deficit) or muscle building (maintenance/calorie surplus). Therefore this plan is suitable to both, and your calorie intake will dictate which you want to focus on.
Note: The goal should always be to build muscle, and even when in a deficit, you can still build muscle, just not as effectively as when at maintenance/calorie surplus.
As you probably know already, most people know what to do, it’s the actual implementation thats the problem. I have created this challenge to give you some extra accountability as well as a set time frame to work towards the results you want to see. You’ll have an initial questionnaire to fill in and post start pictures. There will then be an accountability form to fill in at 4 weeks, and at the end, which will help you hold yourself accountable throughout the process, track progress, and post your progress pictures as you go.
I’ll also be in the group once a week for the live Q&A to answer any questions that have been asked or common themes, and of course the “Project 8” Facebook Group will provide you with extra accountability too.
It’s all person dependant and I can’t give you a blanket statement as to how much weight you will lose or how much your body will change. What I will say, is that the more you put in the more you’ll get out. The more consistent you are with training/nutrition/steps, the better your results will be. If you go all in and put in 100% effort, substantial changes could be seen in your body, mindset, and confidence in just 8 weeks.
Don’t worry, we have that covered. There is already an 8 week bodyweight training programme that you can do at home without any equipment, (you could also add in equipment you may have). I will also give you support and guidance via the Q&A’s and give you additional home workouts if needs be. This means that if you do go into lockdown and the gyms close, you’ll still be able to make progress and see the results you want.
£99 for the full 8 weeks. This works out at less than £12.40 a week, which means less than £2 a day. A small investment for the progress you could potentially make.
