I started Finlay's online coaching programme in December when I decided it was time to change. I had made small changes myself but decided I needed a push to get to where I wanted to be. Safe to say he did that and more. By giving me meal and training plans fully tailored to my likes and dislikes, it made it more likely that I would stick to them and enjoy them. He's always more than helpful if you ever have a question and is always just a message away. Four months later and over two stone lighter, I'm feeling much more confident and happier in myself. Hayley Hill I have never used a coach for so long, Fin is the first trainer I have stuck to - 8 months now. I was sceptical at the start, but I totally changed my mind seeing the results after the first month of hard work. I knew nothing was going to happen itself and Fin gave me a good boost of energy every week to keep the hard work going. My body changed dramatically and I believe it's only going to get better. I felt in love with my self and my physical appearance, which I never thought would ever happen. The gym does not seem like a torture anymore and I've been enjoying training programs.

Aidan McCuish I started training with Finlay around 14 months ago. I wasn’t new to going to the gym, but I had no structure, no goals, and was very intimidated when trying anything new, what if I got it wrong, is everyone in the gym laughing at me! I had seen from Facebook posts the results his clients were achieving so decided to give him a go. As you already know it’s been 14 months now and I definitely made the right decision, Finlay is focused on getting the best out of me, helping me to achieve my goals and makes every session challenging but achievable.
I train with Finlay once per week and 4 times on my own with a structured programme that he sets for me which is updated regularly and allows me to progress and push myself, he takes his times to show me how to use the equipment and explains which muscles it targeting. I feel very comfortable around Finlay, he is very approachable, patient and knowledgeable, no question is every a daft question, believe me I ask many!
Where am I now, I am getting closer to being 50 and my body is the best it’s been, toned more defined and I feel more confident in myself and when in the gym. I can’t thank and recommend Finlay enough, don’t just think about it, do it!
Jacqueline Smith I had a pretty crap week and was beating myself up about it and also realised it’s been one year since working with Finlay so I thought I’d look back on my starting photos and do some current ones to see how much I’d changed. I think despite the physical change, what’s changed the most is my mindset and a healthy eating habit. I’m now a totally different person to what I was a year ago and a lot more confident. I avoided the gym because I didn’t have the confidence to go in and a few times I pulled up in the car park and turned around and left again, but he eventually got me in and I’ve never looked back. Finlay taught me how to eat in a calorie deficit and still eat the foods I want to, allowing myself a cup of tea and a Kit Kat every night (I cannot go without chocolate) whilst weight training and progressing my weights weekly. It’s helped having someone to check in with on a weekly basis to keep me going.
