We’ll work together to ensure you have the all the steps you need to take you from where you are, to where you want to be.

This is where we work together on a 1-1 basis to feel proud of the changes you make.
I want to help you train for the right reasons. To feel strong, empowered, proud, and like you’re capable of anything…Not because you’re punishing yourself, hate yourself, or to burn calories.
I want you to be able to eat good food, enjoy the process, and not feel guilty for having the odd time where you over-ate or drank a few too many wines at the weekend. Progress beats perfection.
I’ll teach you how to keep eating foods you enjoy while making the progress you want, and help you understand that consistency is key. The goal here is to create a body you’re proud of, and I want it to be a representation of who you are and what you stand for…strong, confident, and powerful.
You’ll gain access to our “Client Hub”, giving you access to a catalogue of educational content on training, nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset.
You’ll also be able to join in with our weekly live “Monday Momentum” sessions where we discuss and troubleshoot common struggles and problems, along with getting you clear on what you need to do to ensure the week ahead is a success.
Access to the FCPT Community, meaning you’ll be surrounded by like-minded individuals. You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.
With monthly challenges and the opportunity to meet others looking to upgrade their body, confidence, and mindset, this is a group that helps lifts each other up and not put each other down

The key to changing your body is taking action. I’ll be here to ensure you’re doing what you need to in order to make the changes you want to see.
You’ll also be expected to complete weekly check-ins to ensure that you are reflecting on your weeks positives, strategising on how you can improve, and ultimately working towards building a body you’re PROUD of.
Of course, I’ll be on hand to hold you accountable to seeing the changes in confidence, mindset, and body that want to see. I can’t do the work for you, but if you’re not doing it, I’ll be there to ask why.
